Step 1 Overview

The Black Case with Fan is a perfect solution for heat dissipation. All ports and slots of the case matches with the Raspberry Pi 4. In this guide, we'll show you how to assemble it in 7 simple steps! 

Step 2 Insert silver screw

First, align the Raspberry Pi 4 with the large middle piece (the one without a fan) where there is a little screw hole found on the top left hand corner. 
Attach the screw to the hole using a Phillips head screwdriver.

Step 3 Insert SD card side piece

Next, align the SD card side piece along the case.

Step 4 Insert screws

Turn it over carefully and attach two black screws to secure it in place.

Step 5 Connect other side piece

The side piece should be sitting flush against the USB ports and Ethernet port. 
Likewise, connect the other side piece that have access holes for the Ethernet port and USB ports.
Turn it over carefully as well and attach two black screws to secure it into place.

Step 6 Connect fan to Raspberry Pi 4

This is a crucial step to ensure that the fan will work right, please make sure that the wires are connected as shown: 

Red wire - 5V
Black wire - GND

Step 7 Complete build!

Next, attach the remaining four black screws onto the top case to secure it in place. 
Finally, power up the Raspberry Pi 4 with the Raspberry Pi Power Supply USB-C 5V 15W and the little fan should now be spinning, dissipating heat and keeping your Raspberry Pi nice and cool!
